What is Reiki Level 1?!
Who should do a Reiki 1 Training?!
Reiki I is setting the foundation. You will learn more about the practice of reiki, the history, how reiki works and how to channel this universal life force energy into yourself. This is a transformational journey and your opportunity to take your healing into your own hands. After this training you will know how to shift + uplift your energy, how to clear away blocks and bring yourself back to balance and harmony. This is for those ready to step into their highest vibrational light and embody the essence (YOUR essence) of love + inner peace.
Weekend schedule:
Friday:
4pm: Yoga Class (*optional)
Time to soak in the pools, rest, book a spa appointment
8pm: Tea Meet & Greet; connecting before the training
Dinner on your own
Saturday: Reiki I Training Day
8:30am: Breakfast (provided by hotel)
Time to soak in the pools, rest, book a spa appointment
10am: Training Begins
1pm: Lunch Break (provided by hotel)
5pm: Training Ends
Time to integrate the training, soak in the pools, rest, book a spa appointment
7pm: Optional Dinner ($25 add on) or guests can do dinner on their own

Meet Your Guide…
Hi! I’m Nicolette (you can call me Nikki). I’m an LA-based Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher and Holistic Health Coach. And of the trainings I have done over the years, my reiki trainings were by far the most transformative.
I can remember a time I was just getting started on my journey of self-discovery. I had recently started meditating and just finished my health coach certification. I was new to LA and attended a wellness festival. It was the most amazing day, and I felt so good. There was a woman, Kelsey, who led a closing meditation. During her meditation I found myself crying - no idea why! I asked her afterwards and she explained that she was a reiki master and shows up as a channel to help people move through whatever they need. I was hooked.
I went on to complete all 4 of my trainings with her and my life changed forever. After years of being so disconnected from my body, my energy and my truth - I finally felt I had the power back in my hands (literally!). Reiki has helped me to navigate difficult times, heal past traumas, move through emotional blockages, and manifest so much beauty. Reiki also helped to reconnect to a deeper knowing and Divine wisdom that I didn’t even know I was longing for.
